Elder Cipher Farming

The worm cult is probably the easiest 34 PoE in Destiny. Can you farm it for Elder Ciphers or do ciphers only drop on first completion of the week?

You get it on your first attempt for 35 on each character. So every time a character completes 35 for the first time, you get one

You can farm it from there, the chance is low but still possible
