this is total bullcrap i think that Xur had a gally and then bungie was like "oh snipes the gally is being sold" so then the took it out and where like "After looking into this issue, we've determined we can't safely alter Xur at this time."

Xûr goes in, selling gjallarhorn, idiots find that out and make it a trending topic on some forum somewhere, they change the weapon. They don't go and remove the weapon from the lineup of **** he's selling.

I was there the second Xûr arrived, he had no weapon. There wasn't a gally, icebreaker, TLW, big mac... Just armor. So no, never was a gally. Highly doubtful that it ever would be, they took it out of his table. They might have to take the servers offline, stop xur's process and alter it, then reapply everything, start it up, and whoops... only a few seconds left to his timer. It would take a while to do anything to xur. Its not like an app that they can go and click n drag items into his inventory, they'd have to look over his coding to find the issue, write new code into it, etc.
