What is the best PvP legendary pulse rifle that is EASY to get?

Pulse rifles feel like super soakers. I've tried them all and can't stand them. Thinking about dismantling Red Death and Hopscotch Pilgrim. Juju I use when farming because I don't have to reload but I can't stand any of the others.

Spare change or hopscotch pilgrim. Both have 30 inpact (same as messenger) spare change is dropped in crucible, pilgrim from dragon strikes. Much better then the 4 impact pulse rifles like the timepiece
