3 new supers, a new strike, a new raid and yet a £40/$40 price tag.
Plus one of the missions is behind a can of redbull and two strikes are exclusive to PS and came out a year ago which we only get now on the xbox. Despite the game having very little content at launch.
For a game so lacking in content how do bungie justify the price tag? For £40 I would expect atleast 15 story missions, atleast 3 new strikes and atleast 2 raids. Plus an assortment of new features and some longevity. It's no joke to say this game is half arsed.
500 million dollars and yet it's barely got any depth of back story. It's plot is convaluted and shallow at the best of times.
Bungie you aren't the same anymore. It isn't us it's you.
Any respect I once had for this wonderful company is dead and gone.
To you the fan boys. You ruined this industry. Not companies like Activision. If people like you didn't just throw your cash at things and stood your ground we wouldn't get games like destiny. Half baked cash farms. Or broken games at launch because they wouldn't get away with it. But because you lie their and take this of off them they do. They are laughing at you and you are their defending then and it makes me cry for an industry i used to love.

It's crap

Bungie isn't making the price tag mate

Edited by HashMasta45: 7/5/2015 2:42:51 AMI agree with your statement 100%. I stopped playing when the last joke of a DLC came out. For $40 we should be getting at least 2/3rds of a full game. I used to love Destiny, but their crappy practices have left a bitter taste in my mouth.

It's tough to argue that gamers aren't getting screwed here....especially in the UK, Australia and New Zealand. I don't think they care much tho...
-
Oh i didn't know Bungie officially confirmed that's all in the dlc.
-
5 RepliesThe ttk costs a little more than the vanilla game here in Australia. I gotta say the pricing is stupid
-
Amen, they will never get another $ from me. I regret having purchased the digital collectors... Could not return it.

And australia dosent get those redbull codes i had to get my american friend to send me some codes
-
1 ReplyEverything they've given us has been grossly overpriced. I'm pretty sure I'm not getting TTK.

1 ReplyIn nz its about $70

If it is worth it to you, buy it. If it is not worth it to you, do not buy it.

Edited by jules: 7/5/2015 6:29:36 AMYeah, the $500 million was for four games, and budget doesn't determine a games quality. And actually, it is activision's fault that the game is so lacking. There should have been a 2 month push on the release date, but activision said no. As a result the game was lacking at launch, and Bungie is trying to catch up 10 months after release.
-
Bump I won't be getting it shame coz love this game but activision can find someone else to ass -blam!-

3 RepliesOne DLC from battlefront or one planet from no mans sky will have more content than a 10 year old destiny
-
There's going to be like 12 new missions as well
-
8 RepliesYou forgot the enormous new patrol area the dreadnought, and the fact that it's bigger than the cosmodrome. And new patrol bounties new exotic quests and quests in general.
-
19 RepliesFallout 4 will get me tons more fun and content for £40 than what TTK will offer and that is a fact.
-
9 RepliesEdited by Kolacheater: 7/28/2015 11:21:57 PMThere's way more than three subclasses, a new strike and a raid. New story missions New narratives New weapons and armor A whole new patrol area New enemies New level cap New bosses WAY MORE THAN ONE STRIKE New subclasses New crucible maps New crucible MODES And the largest raid yet Edit: this was literally from a weekly update

Edited by TheWiscoBadger: 7/28/2015 11:42:09 PMSince you have played TTK and know exactly the amount of content in the DLC, right? I just cannot take you serious. You should go experience the full content of the current game first.
-
3 RepliesYou forgot about the Dreadnaught which is basically a second raid.
