If everyone gets it in under 4 days, I'm not sure what the big deal is. I have yet to hear anyone say they haven't gotten it. Some of the previous exotic bounties that required Xur once or twice could take 5-12 days to complete if you didn't time it right and have a free moment to play during certain portions of the week. I think it's annoying and pointless, but it really doesn't matter.

Good point. The only reason it's taken me more than a week for one of mine is due to the glitch.
