Fist should not do aerial damage.
It just shouldnt. If i double jump well above you why should you be able to kill me with that super? The most it should do is lower you to red damage...not kill you in the -blam!-in air. The ability requires no aim whatsoever why should you get that much

I agree with you for the most part. The blast are should be like a bubble just like a rocket or titan bubble. But it is what it is and its not too hard to avoid if you jump back or sideways

Can't say anything til u actually get a Titan m8. Fist of havoc is just fine the way it is. It's a super. Also if it only did damage if someone was on the ground, it wouldn't do much would it?

This pretty clearly describes it being an AOE attack. Electricity (or Arc light) is not limited to the ground. If I get ohko'd while using Radiant Skin radiance, Hunters in Arc blade should also get ohko'd.
