How is this rng. Does nobody think that this is pure laziness by the part of Bungie. Please tell me I am not the only one who can see how stupid this part was. You can finish every bounty in a day yet some people wait 7 days to finish this one. Why not make us kill a buffed Archon Preist or a Elder Ether Captain to get the repair tool to repair the cipher. Sort of like Xyor in the Thorn bounty. You do winters run on a bounty specific level 35 and a level 35 captain comes out of a ship when fightjng the preist. You kill the buffed bullet sponge captain to get the tool. You give the tool to varkis who gives you the completed cipher so you can continue. If I can figure this shit out then why cant you guys do it. Jesus christ man. Just pure laziness
