You will see the problem when you get it. The wait time is just beyond reasoning. Imagine, working through weeks of killing 34/35 Boss and finally getting the Cipher, only ending up having to wait another week or two before you can even have the weapon.

We are on week 2. What's this weeks to beat the boss stuff about? This is why I don't understand the crying. Kids want everything right away.. -blam!- off and let it happen. Most of us haven't even seen a cipher yet.
