For each character upgrade 1 exotic armor piece and then an exotic mh/gally/ib. That way I have a 365 mh and can switch out 365 sniper and rl when needed. Then all El go to armor until full lvl34 set which I can switch between chars. After that all El goes towards legendary weapons. Mh then special and then heavy. Repeat until all weapons I need upgraded are done and then focus on any remaining armor. Of course Switch in any drops and adjust accordingly.
