The ram perks and this stuff sounds like they are designed towards horde mode arena play but saying that voidwalker already has bloom so not much help for those guys apart from freeing up another perk. Disorientating enemies while resurrecting and exploding grenade kill sounds like a way of dealing with swarms of enemies, which hopefully is what the arena will deliver.
