The bonus damage on Fang is way more usefull then firefly in this week's strike IMO. Firefly is only good for the hordes of thrall and if you need firefly to take care of them then there's a problem.

What? Since when is not using fate bringer been a problem for taking out a pack of thrall? Remind me not to nightfall with you lol.

Unless you hit a cursed thrall in which case firefly can't take all of the credit. There are literally many other weapons that one shot thrall in the head and even cause them to explode. But now you sound like you're talking about the raid. That wasn't the topic. The bonus damage to hive majors on Fang was far more beneficial in this week's nightfall than firefly IMO. Same with the raid.
