I had a similar issue but I'm on PS4. Character information wouldn't display on the webpage for a while. Started working again after an hour without my changing anything to do with account linkage. Seemed to be something to do with my Titan as, in the iPhone companion app, other characters displayed partially apart from him. All good now though
