Missing Grimoire card
I have a 28 Titan and have just created and started playing a Hunter and Warlock. Both my Hunter and Warlock have unlocked the Ghost Fragment: Hunter and Warlock Grimoire cards, but I don't have one for my Titan?!? Everything I can find online says the card is unlocked by playing Destiny. No joy for me here... How do I fix this issue?

Edited by Quikdrawjoe: 2/20/2015 7:16:19 PMGhost Fragment cards come from finding dead ghosts. You can enter your PSN/Xbox name on [url=http://destinyghosthunter.net/]Destinyghosthunter's[/url] site and it will tell you which dead ghosts you are missing.

There are glitches with some of the Grimoire cards, but I do believe Update 1.1.1 is supposed to fix that.
