This is an ultimatum DeeJ
Either BUNGIE explains why the hell half the shit they said they'd do didn't happen or i'm done with this series. You lied so much bungie it's not even worth discussing everyone of the lies. Where the hell is Saturn?! DLC? You originally said it would be Earth, Venus, Mars, Moon, then Saturn? Did you just cut an entire planet out just because? What's the reasoning behind the cutscene with the queens brother when you first meet him on earth in the wilderness being cut out? Where are the faction shaders? Where's two of the other damn factions? Where faction wars? Where's anything you said you'd put in but never did? DeeJ I know if this gets popular you will read this. Do not ignore us for the millionth time. I want answers. All of us want answers. I have been pro destiny ever since the alpha. My friends hated this game and I still defended you. Today, I watched a video and it opened my eyes. Bungie made a complete game. A beautiful game with stuff like lush forest areas to explore, greatly more cutscenes, more lore told in the game, and more content that is accessible. This game was originally supposed to be fun with friends, exploring and finding new stuff to do everyday, and more in depth on the game itself. Now I can't even play this game for more than twenty minutes and not want to fall asleep. I was so excited for a game that disappointed me so deeply. Please answer your community. What happened?
Edit: Where's that main character Crow at? Was he not too much of a MAIN CHARACTER like you said he was to stay in the game?

As someone who works in customer service it amuses me so much when an entitled asshole customer threatens to leave and never come back. I can't say it to their faces but all I'm thinking is "Good, we won't miss you."

I think that in order to issue an ultimatum you have to be someone with some degree of influence or power. Unfortunately, you are neither. You are just someone with a shitty forum handle and some obvious anger issues.

2 RepliesJoe Staten and Marty O' Donell, who both had like 14 years at bungie left the same year right before the biggest budget video game ever (which they had been working tirelessly on for the past 4 years) was to be released makes you wonder if they didn't believe in the direction the game was going (ex: watered down story, etc...)

The amount of power you have over the business decisions of a company are directly proportional to the total number of consumers who give their money for a product! That essentially means that the sway you have to change minds of those making the products equates to 1/the total number of the consumer base...the people making products, or producing rather don't give two shits about the actual content, just that it sells. Hahaha the people at the top with power laugh at your hobbies and desires, as long as you keep funding their bloated 401k's. The only way to sway a corporation is to vote with your wallets in masse, but since the majority of you think that a video game actually means something in real life, you'll keep shelling out the dough! Bungie had a beta, probably to show their loyal fans what their 60 dollars was actually going to get them, after the thrusting they had already received from activision of course! Kinda sad inst it? That said, I got my 60 bucks worth out of the game...60 bucks is nothin man, go see 3 , hour long movies and a couple snacks and you are looking at the same cost, but with a much lower hour per dollar ratio of enjoyment. You want change? Then the populace needs to stop buying crappy dlc, preorder incentives, and ridiculously priced special editions with some 2$ book of beta art included lolololol! It's fine to be dissatisfied with a product, like one that doesn't work at all, or completely fails, but to not get what you conceived in your wildest dreams upon the hype train is a pipe dream at best!

Let's say Deej tells you they had to rush to get the game out and decided to cut some content that wasn't fully developed. Or, let's say they just decided it would be best to give you content in pieces...DLC. What would that change for you? Either play the game or don't. It's that simple. This is an entertainment option that you have.

Honestly, I'm not sure how someone can assume that every person concerned with Destiny's release must have entitlement issues.. Any reputable business should be happy to defend themselves to their doubters. Those who oppose transparency are only asking to be deceived so there must be more than a few here who are heedless to such a genuine debacle. Seriously. What gamer opposes the pursuit of a new-gen gaming experience?
