6th and 7th secret chest on vault of glass
Hey everyone, me and my team have successfully got the second jump puzzle chest. It does not matter if you die getting down the first, but you all have to be down there. Do not activate the atheon door. Go a little farther to the left and there is a platform that activates the second jump puzzle. To make sure you are in the right place you should see a vex gate portal on the distance on a huge rock. Everyone must get there. If the atheon door was accidentally opened you get one life so try to be cautious. Once all at the vex portal go in there is your 6th chest. 7th one must be done in hard and you have to kill that last gorgon in the gorgon lair without getting caught. When that is accomplished do the second jump puzzle and it will be next to the 6th chest. If you are feeling heroic continue through the labyrinth in the portal and beat atheon there.
Edit: done commenting to trash, there is help on YouTube activating the second jump puzzle. The video next to the second way to the Templar (second route is next to the edge of first chest, no hidden chests there but cool path)

4 RepliesThere is a Second jump puzzle in the platform section of the Vault. For anyone who hasn't activated this portion: As soon as you leave the Gorgons Maze and enter the Platforms. Do not proceed to jump on the initial platforms. If you look over to the left, you will see a cave entrance. Jump to the entrance and proceed through. Once at the other side, look to your bottom-right. Down about 100ft you will see a few places you can land on (if you time your glide and jumps right enough to not take fatal fall damage lol). In there is a second, small, cave. But that's not important. Once you drop down here you will notice that the second wave of platforms will begin. You may have to jump up on to the large rock near you to be able to get on the 1st platform. I can attest to the second platform puzzle, but I can't agree there is a chest waiting through the portal, as I have yet to see the portal in fact open. This second puzzle only takes you to the entrance of Atheon. Maybe the portal does open. If so, I would love to see a pic/video of it lol.

Btw, my whole clan has gone though the left cave before, jumped the second puzzle and got to the gate without dying... No chest. I wonder if you got too lonely under your bridge and felt the need for companionship in this post?

Well considering the "second" jump puzzle is actually an alternate path from up top and You can't kill all the gorgons because they respawn I'm going to go ahead and say this is not true.

Ok hold on if there is a 6th and 7th chest and you can find it why wouldn't you go to it again and make a video? That said i do believe there is sonething to the 2nd jump challinge. It cant just be a way for you do get close to Atheon's chamber without having to make a giant leep to the small ledge. That picture by aegis523 doesn't actually prove or disprove that there is a 6th or event 7th chest. It shows that he did not satisfy the requirement/s to have it open (ie- not have the Templar teleport) I made it there as well with my team and there was nothing we event killed 7 gorgons but they just respawn after 30 seconds. I don't understand what he means by "7th" gorgon. If someone coukd expand on that it would be great. I think there has to be something to the gate. Unless Bungie just put it there so we would do this.

1 Replyunfortunately for all those doubting there actually is a second jump puzzle, though when I saw it I was unsure of where it went. My roommate is playing on Xbox 360 and I have the ps4. I saw it activated on the xbox but have not seen anything on mine. There might be a combination of things that need to happen to make it activate. if there are indeed chests... I don't know, but I can say there is a second puzzle.
