You've had all of the beta, plus nearly two weeks of the full game's time to work these error codes out. You're robbing us of yet another weekend of play time. Man up and accept responsibility for your -blam!- ups and for disappointing a lot of users that can't even get into the game. These problems are obviously on your end because very, very few of us have actually been able to fix these issues on our end. Your help pages are utter crap. We aren't 4. Blowing on the cartridge doesn't cut it nowadays. I want to see some representation from you very soon.

I hear you man but at this point I'm giving up. I realized during the beta when I had trouble entering my code... and I email bungie for help (got the generic email response directing me to the useless"help" page).... that the customer service for this game was non existent. Stupid me I went ahead and bought the game anyway. The first 4 or 5 days showed promise with maybe 1 or 2 odd DC but since the patch it has been unplayable. Now its time to reap the whirlwind. I have no one but myself to blame as Im stuck with over 100 dollars in useless product. Furthermore retailers are taking the sides of the developers and not the customers. I guess Ill try to sell this on craigslist. Im definitely switching over to digital purchasing my games from now on as I hear microsoft offers some protection against games that are unplayable. I hope you guys get your game fixed but I need to move on to other things or else be driven insane by this. It was only 100 right... let it go right. aghh
