I hear you man but at this point I'm giving up. I realized during the beta when I had trouble entering my code... and I email bungie for help (got the generic email response directing me to the useless"help" page).... that the customer service for this game was non existent. Stupid me I went ahead and bought the game anyway. The first 4 or 5 days showed promise with maybe 1 or 2 odd DC but since the patch it has been unplayable. Now its time to reap the whirlwind. I have no one but myself to blame as Im stuck with over 100 dollars in useless product. Furthermore retailers are taking the sides of the developers and not the customers. I guess Ill try to sell this on craigslist. Im definitely switching over to digital purchasing my games from now on as I hear microsoft offers some protection against games that are unplayable. I hope you guys get your game fixed but I need to move on to other things or else be driven insane by this. It was only 100 right... let it go right. aghh

  • Purchased mine online and I'm returning it. Def sell your copy as this is just horrible. Bungie messed up and no real feedback from them. Where here in the dark trying to figure this out ourselves. We should not have to go through this much networking in order to play a game.
