I feel like a small beacon of light should at least be placed on items that need to be decrypted, special/heavy ammo. It doesn't have to be to big just big enough so that when I kill an enemy and the loot drops around some bush of grass or something I should have a notification that something's there

It would be too much if the ammo was highlighted, I have seen the ground almost covered in ammo boxes. But it sucks to miss a green or better item, so a bit more visibility would be nice. Even more so at the end of a mission where you only have 30s to find any loot.

But the green loot already shines like crazy. How hard is it to see? Never had problems seeing them.
