No response from Bungie Store

Multiple Faulty product requests submitted since July 26 with no response. I'm astounded at the worst service I've ever got. After a phone number - tired f sending emails and submitting tickets that go unanswered.

The forums are unable to assist with Bungie Store issues. The only way to reach Bungie Store support is to open a ticket and wait for a response.
