The forums are unable to assist with Bungie Store issues. The only way to reach Bungie Store support is to open a ticket and wait for a response.

All I'm asking is for some way to contact them to resolve this issue yet nothing. I've submitted about twenty tickets by this point, sent dozens of emails and the only response I have had is from the dispatch team saying that they can't help because it's not their department. I am so upset and disappointed by this whole situation - Bungie try to help so many people around the world but refuse to acknowledge and assist their own customers. It's appalling. Please, if there is anyone at Bungie you can escalate this to - I'm not the only one in this situation. We need help, that's all we're asking for.

Again the store is separated from the game support. You will have to work with them via their form.
