anybody else getting signed out/not able to go to tower?

I am wondering if anybody else is having connection issues. My friend is particularly plagued with connection issues as of this week it seems. She'll try to play Destiny and after about 5-30 minutes, she'll be immediately signed off and will be given a notice by the xbox that she can't sign in for some odd reason. Then after about 15 minutes, she'll be able to sign back in. Is this an issue with Destiny? WiFi? She currently uses a wireless connection to play Xbox 360. Also, her ISP is Comcast. Any light shed on this would be extremely helpful, also, if any Bungie employees happen to see this, could you make a comment about this as it is extremely frustrating and perhaps there may be a patch in the works in regards to this error if it is indeed Destiny's issue and not hers? Thank you.
