Yeah, we are completely stumped. Her Internet is putting out fast speeds so it's definitely not connectivity related on her end.

I manage to start on 1 off the chars but got d/c after a while. So this server problem seems to be on all platforms, but atm i am listening to som friends from america and they are raiding now with no connection issues

This is basically what's happening to her. It is just like how things were when the game got released in September. While doing raids, it seems like the game doesn't disconnect, but as soon as she goes to the tower, she'll be disconnected from xbox live.
