If you quit Destiny, Why are you on the forums
I love Starcraft, they have a forum for their community, but i sure as heck haven't been on the forums since i havent been playing much. So my question is, if u hate destiny and have quit, why do you feel the need to come to the forums to poop all over everyone that likes this game, and continue to slander it? If youre done with the game, leave, i do not care for your reason
Life is so much more than video games. If you come to a forum to troll a game you dont like and dont play anymore, all youre doing is displaying your lack of maturity, constructive criticism, and probably your own satisfaction of a life or lack thereof
To my fellow gaurdians, i will see you on the battlefield.

Im tired of seeing crybaby threads of people saying they are going to leave; go ahead move on with your life and i dont care. My question is why do you feel the need to get on this app and spew hate if u dont even play this game anymore

HERE [b]UPDATE Version "Holy-Blam-"[/b] Legendary engrams drop 95% of the time. -Xur spawns at the tower in-front of you when you dance and takes Requests now. Simply summon xur and whisper into your mic what you want and it will appear in his inventory. -Every gun in Crucible now shoots tickles, and everyone just laughs for 10 minutes. -Atheon now jumps off the edge himself while throwing fully maxed Vex Mythoclasts up in the air for everyone. -Crucible, and Vanguard items are free now. -When you create a new character you start off at level 20 -Vault Space is infinite now thanks to Atheon allowing us to use his time-gate technology. -Completing a raid will grant you with full raid gear, a gjallarhorn, and an icebreaker every time.

2 RepliesBecause a small number of us remember Halo, and have been here since Halo, long before you, and will be here when you are gone from this forum. Maybe, one day, bungie will make a game worthy to have "by the creators of Halo" on it, but not yet.

People want to like Destiny, but they don't. When they see people enjoying the game, they feel cheated. They post to try and justify themselves quitting, hoping to see others join their path. It's like a weird combination of buyer's remorse and confirmation bias. They will probably never return to Destiny, but we have a snowball's chance in heII that they're going to leave the forums. Just keep enjoying the game, ignoring the toxicity of the forums, and game on :)

1 ReplyA lot of people feel flcheated by Destiny, and it bugs them that are people who love the game. So they troll the forums in the hopes they can convince other people to hate/quit the game. If you hate Destiny, that's cool, if you quit, that's fine too. But if you are really done with Destiny, you could be playing something else instead of using game time to hang on a forum of a game you don't play anymore. Never made sense to me.

I find several parts of an otherwise amazing game to be broken. I love the forums. Keeps me up to date and i can learn what Bungie has fixed/broken. Also get an idea of the new DLC, etc. etc.. The reason people still complain should be that they, like myself, want to see this game become what it really can be. So much potential, so many screw ups. I voiced my opinion strongly, i did not buy the DLC and i haven't played in a month. I will play when its fixed. Aside from that? My normal forum is dsmtuners.com. It's winter and im in no condition to continue on with my hobby in the garage. (back surgery, still not 100%). That also rules out golf, so i stay away from the golf sites seeing as all courses here in central/southern illinois will be closed until spring. So, idk, i guess i like the forums, the members, the info.... The game took me for over 100 hours and as a casual gamer, that is A LOT. So im holding out hope that they get everything straightened out and i can go back to the game maybe after the next dlc and put time in on gear that won't be obsolete. Put in more effort to get better. Good forum though, that's for sure

I used to play street fighter religiously and read and post on forums everyday. When I quit i simply stopped posting and put it behind me quick and clean. I would imagine posting something like that would be a way getting others to talk u out of it.

About 60% of the topics on here are all from people who have to put the game down. -I cant do this so I quit -bungie has done this so I quit If you feel that way, leave it as a thought. Alot of people still enjoy playing the game, it may have some flaws it may not be what was expected. But from personal experiences im hooked on it. There's something about the game that makes me not want to stop playing. Im no where near the best, I have a laugh, I get frustrated when im trying my best on pvp when things go wrong, I feel a sense of accomplishment when I play well amd come top. Ive stopped playing a lot of games because I was bored etc I didnt feel any need to swamp forums and making a shitty point. Just be done with it and move on with your lives. Its like you're trying to latch on to an ex bf/gf.

the forum is all i have for a destiny fix until i move into my new apartment. the 2-bar wifi-only internet here blows chunks and i cannot play :( QQ 10 free forum tears to help fill the urn of disappointment

I don't get this obsession with people thinking you can't use a forum if your not playing said game at any given time. Its like the anal need to check peoples playtime stats : 10 hours = "ha , noob , you've only played 10 hours , you have no right to an opinion. 100+ hours = "oh my god how can you bitch when you've played for that long ,scrub. seriously , is there a goldilocks time for playing to have a valid point on anything?

If you really have a problem with it then simply DON'T CLICK ON THE -blam!-ING THREAD. Maybe people complain about the game because they want it to be better and want to see change. It's idiots like you that are keeping this game from getting any better because you simply won't acknowledge the fact that this game has major flaws.
