Because forums are for games you have played , are playing , or intend to play.
I don't get this obsession with people thinking you can't use a forum if your not playing
said game at any given time.
Its like the anal need to check peoples playtime stats :
10 hours = "ha , noob , you've only played 10 hours , you have no right to an opinion.
100+ hours = "oh my god how can you bitch when you've played for that long ,scrub.
seriously , is there a goldilocks time for playing to have a valid point on anything?

Destiny forums for Destiny fans!!! Is that to complicated to understand?

Ok, but the incessant whining, crying, moaning and lack of constructive criticism? How does that benefit the development of the game and the community?

There's nothing more valuable than finding out why a hour 10 player is finding it frustrating. Bad player retention is a lost customer in the future. I've dropped cash on every Halo release and piece of DLC launch price since the 1st one, but Destiny fails to engage me to the point where I wouldn't even consider the sequel at a discount. You don't really need to please the guy who's played 100+ hours quite as much, especially where both have paid the same price of admission.

I believe the OP is just saying there is a difference between whining and constructive criticism. A lot of people post things that game developers will simply not pay attention to. If you have a frustration or concern, you can present it in a mature and comprehendible way. Honestly I find the lack of moderation on these forums the most frustrating thing.

It doesn't. And that's the fun part
