8 RepliesOh no all my raid gear doesn't matter anymore. I'm not a special little flower anymore. You mean I cant just farm the raid every week for stupid looking gear with useless perks anymore? Oh no... my vagina just fell out on the floor, I can't possibly grind the vanguard rep and buy new gear like all the big boys with big boy pants on... Oh no... that guy with the upgraded sparrow has a better sparrow than the raid sparrow?... You mean he saved all those strange coins and marks for two weeks and upgraded his sparrow, and now its better than my raid sparrow I was GIVEN?... HA HA see ya cry babys!!!!

2 RepliesSince we have received nothing but slap-in-the-face silence as Bungie ignores us (and pretty much the entire internet taken up by the video games industry) for over a week, I realize that today is the day for DeeJ's Weekly update blog shit-fest to this community. Who wants to bet money that the Activi$ion overlords will: 1) Make him ignore this and have an interview with Eris's left ass-cheek. 2) Tell us that we're only mad because we've been given a bunch of misinformation (even though we've all been playing it for a week and have had first-hand experience with Bungle making our weapons obsolete). 3) Tell us "we're listening", but any significant change is more than three months away 4) Tell us how wrong it is to "cheese" Crota, and to punish us they're going to fix the cheeses" while putting bugs into the Raid that make it unplayable (because all the "cheese" fixes in the Vault of Glass worked so well and didn't turn it into a steaming pile of shit loaded with glitches). 5) Give us a new Sparrow, this one just doesn't go anywhere or move actually, but it has a wicked ball-and-chain design... So, who want to predict the squirming and avoidance techniques that the two companies will make DeeJ dance through this week?

That said I also think one of the biggest reasons so many of us are mad is because our disappointment and frustration has not been officially acknowledged by Bungie. At this point that's what I really want to see, how Bungie deals with the frustration of the players or just bury their heads in the sand and say nothing. It's time they say something Bungie. Let your players know that your listening, otherwise I and many others will gladly move on and remember this experience next time you roll out your next defunct game. Own up to your mistakes, listen to your players, and at least attempt to make it right for better or worse.

Destiny is designed by psychologists or military or something to determine how much ass -blam!-ing the public can take before they riot and burn down the bungie head office. It's not really a bad idea.... Can we do it? It would stop alot of -blam!-ing the gamers over. It would put an end to this horrible game.

Imagine what the team could be working on if it wasnt fixing their own mistakes. It's as if they do it on purpose to keep them looking busy. Ah Pocket Infinity let's fix that OP poop... I really do enjoy this game. I like playing it with friends. I was going to give some criticism for the game here, but it looks like that position has been filled.... a lot. I can't say anything that hasn't been said, and it's not as though I work at Bungie, so nothing on that end either. Here you go Bungie. Your eager playerbase has spoken, loudly, and for the most part, intelligibly.

Instead explaining what exactly they changed we have "now is working as designed" or "some projectiles were inproperly penetrating hive shields". But was does it mean? Is it good or bad change? Are shields now stronger or weaker? And so on... Also I had a good laugh when I read that they had so little to report, that their first point (and only in general section) was "fixed a typo in German language". Wow! Lot of work there guys! Good job.

2 RepliesSo... They erased a word and typed it correctly and that made it to the patch notes? Oh yeah sure they added the helmet to the raid, but now Crota drops radiant materials more than anything. So much for the better drop rates right? 2 characters and I legit got nothing but 2 radiant shard on both. No emblem, no shader, nothing. Ya -blam!-ed up bungie.

Bungie.. did you hire all the trash Halo2 and cod4 players to make this game? Are they now taking out the rage quit life on us? Its obvious that the people behind tbis game hate skill,teamwork, and creative forward thinking people.. make a game based on grinding for better gear and upgrades.. then, punish people for finding a cool way to upgrade.. nerf good weapons because you are tired of getting pwnt and tbagged.. congrats.. you and obama hate people.

Bungie, you are awesome at this task, seriously like the dream team of pissing off and chasing away consumers. Bungies next hotfix will talk all about them writing up new hopeless resumes to work in casinos as that seems to be their real passion.

Congratulations bungievision you have now made a gruelling exotic weapon bounty completely pointless why can't you leave pocket infinity the hell alone fix the real problems in the game like connection issues to your second hand craptivision servers and the completely broken rng system?
