Was looking forward to getting this gun from new monarchy for PvP; saw many reviews of people who loved the weapon's 32 damage per headshot in PvP. However, upon being gifted it for reaching new monarchy rank 3, mine only does 27; which is worse than my shadow price. Does anyone know if the vendor version actually has different PvP stats?
