i believe what actually puts it up to 32 is the first major perk is the glass half full perk so once you get that you throw those 32 headshots on the bottom half of the magazine i use mine all the time its a monster in pvp. i take down snipers at extreme ranges with it all the time this thing is fantastic if you have at all reasonable aim.
