Today I've used a lot of packs doing. Arduous things from nightfall to just levelling up my rockets etc and it has been absolutely fine but in the past 2 hours I've used 6 synthesis packs and got NO AMMO?!?! What the hell I get the 5 minute cool down but no ammo from it and it takes the packet as well. I'm trying to do the super good advice kill 500 enemies and I can't because I can't get the ammo I need from packs :-/ EDIT: I tried to use a special ammo synthesis incase it was a glitch with my heavy packs or heavy weapon and it did the same thing, took my synthesis gave me no ammo and the 5 minute cool down timer
