I'm wondering the same thing. I'm not coming back until they do.

My guess is anytime between next week's update and Renegades. This week's TWAB gave us a sneak peek at the changes being made to weapons and armor, and some of it is reverting changes made at the start of A$$ and Irony. If Strongholds aren't reverted as well in next week's update, the only clue we'll be getting from Bungo on when they will revert their objective nerf, is when they finish the Roadmap to Renegade's they mentioned in the VIDOC. Hopefully it's sooner rather than later, as I haven't bothered doing anything outside of my weekly challenges and Iron Banana.

maybe after the epic raid, but nobody uses that in raids l ran. really was a part of the game that was fun but not much help in team play. still wondering why they nerfed them. just a slam to mostly solo players
