Assuming the rebalancing is caused by PVE play, then it's probably my fault. I didn't know that the Fallen would b!tch to Bungie so much over my exploits. Seriously, you four-armed buzzards, you either need to get better weapons or just stay the f*ck off my worlds! Don't complain to Bungie just because I can kill you far outside range of your Shock Rifles!
