I would agree, except that the striker titan's Helm of Inmost Light grants headstrong and death from above, allowing two other abilities to be selected to further empower the Fist of Havoc. I look at that exotic helm, and others such as the Helm of Saint-14 which adds a whole new level of functionality to the ward entirely. I feel that when compared to those, the Glasshouse is lacking. It is clearly intended to be a support helmet, and I think that in a raid where there are six people to use its effect, that it certainly can be effective. However, its abilities boost stats that cannot stack, and I feel like that takes away from it and makes it far less beneficial in 99 percent of Destiny's gameplay.
