Mida is amazing :) i still love my VoC and my a.1f19x-ryl with field scout and firefly, still the two best scouts imo. I wanna get the bline trauma tho, the rate of fire on that thing is amazing

Vanguard reputation upgrade I believe is where mine came from. I went through a period where I was powerleveling (save up a ton of 5k bounties), right after nightfall + weekly completion, so every week I'd get 2 vanguard levels. I received a fearsome set of drops. Badger w/ Firefly and Outlaw, the B-Line. A NiTC with Outlaw and Firefly as well. B-Line has the highest firerate and ammo reserve, which is why its my favorite.

Titan has the Badger equipped, Hunter has the B-Line https://www.bungie.net/en/Legend/1/4611686018439955665/2305843009251967702#gear The NiTC has the exact same perks as the Badger. I will max that one next once I have some other stuff to level next to it.
