It would actually be more fun if Crota did jump down more often. I'd rather unpredictability than the same fight over and over. This is so rare that I couldn't call this broken at all. That word should be reserved for being unplayable but clearly tens of thousands of people are beating hard mode regularly with no issues. Should it be fixed? Yes. Include enemies randomly doing stuff so it's not the same fight each time we do it.
