How is starfire protocall (chest piece)? I have no exotics as of yet, just got my first legendary last night.

It depends how many strange coins you have. It's an ok piece of armour but not there are far better choices to fill you exotic slot with. If you don't have many strange coins I would save them for something better. By the look of your stats you prefer PVE over PVP so I would aim to get Light Beyond Nemesis or Apotheosis Veil.
