Word. I play the raid when I've got a bunch of my friends on and we're feeling it, but I'm not mouth-breathing for it...so what if I don't get the whole set of raid gear. Doesn't even look that great... I got the rocket launcher I wanted, I'm good.

But won't that always be the case though? Won't when the nextvraidbcomes out you could just say you know what...the next dlc will come out and all this equipment will be outdated then, I'll wait. Though yes, there is much truth to the fact it will be, is that not the very nature of almost every game that has updating level caps,armor, etc? Your gear will always become obsolete. You grind the content you have to get the new gear then repeat for next new update. I see this concept of waiting mentioned all the time yet I never understand where that seemingly slippery slope ended as it could be something said for every expansion including when destiny 2 drops as it will allow you to carry over everything...so even with the lastbdlc you could wait and just buy all new and presumably much cooler gear at the start of destiny 2
