Since Doubles Skirmish has released wins are counting as skirmish wins instead of Doubles Skirmish wins, also the card isn't showing proper kills/deaths, my guess is Bungie enabled K/D for the card before releasing the game mode, which has been counting skirmish kills/death similar to what's happening with wins.
