The ideal PvE roll I think most agree on is Outlaw, Field Scout and Crowd Control. I came close, got Spray and Pray instead of Outlaw, but I like it just fine because I have Chain of Woe, my favorite perk would be Range Finder actually because I have Chain of Woe. For PvP I'd say Outlaw, Perfect Balance and Luck in the Chamber.
