Who cares. In fact, the more people with a maxed 2.0 IB, the better it is for facing CE Hard mode. When you lfg and get into a game, you shouldn't be worried about people not having a useful weapon. Literally everyone should gave a maxed IB by next week if they focus on upgrading it for CE hard mode. At that point , you just hope a couple people have Gally or Hunger to DPS Crota to take him down.
