Expansion Pass Purchase Issue

Hi, So I just purchased the expansion pass for Destiny from the PSN store, after doing so and receiving the confirmation, I go to the store and select purchase for the Expansion I. All good so far I would say. After all the purchases were confirmed/downloaded I log into the game and try to access the content, well surprise surprise, it says I do not own the Expansion. There is no way to access the Dark Bellow content or anything related to it. What can I do to get this fixed, Sony support told me to contact Bungie, and I got hit with a bigger surprise, no phone/chat options to contact Bungie on a game with thousands of online users :/.
