how does it make sense?
he spends a few minutes blabbing about cut content that isn't actually cut content, and then he goes off on a tangent for nearly the rest of the video about how third world countries are poor, people in india can't afford toilets, and completely fails to acknowledge that canada is even a f**king country....all to both fill out his video, and hopefully confuse you into thinking he made a valid point....it's a lot like the "Chewbacca Defense", as seen in south park....a classic "change the subject" speech

i'm not being ignorant...empty maps do not equal cut content....they equal empty maps that aren't being used yet.... it's not as if you glitch into them, and they're fully populated, scripted, have checkpoints, encounter triggers, and your dinklebot starts talking to you about the mission at hand.... it's not cut content that was sliced off, to sell you later...it's unfinished stuff, put there, in anticipation of it's later necessity....they're empty maps.....why are YOU being so ignorant?
