Reef was advertised in original trailer, old Chicago was shown in original trailers. Gambling was hinted at, weapons and armor that came with the newest DLC were shown in some early trailers. That in itself shows it was done. Yet you people, you stupid stupid people would let them get away with ripping you off. Thank you for defending the company that never delivered what they promised.
