OMG.
That dobbins guy who published that and other videos needs to find a new game to play. ALL he does is say how low his opinion of the game is and how bad the game is and how he has been so badly ripped off, and then spends the next 27 minutes telling you why.
And after all that - NOTHING is confirmed, its all speculation, of course there is content on the disc that is locked. How is that different from BF4, when the first DLC came with the pre-order of the game, but was included in the price you promotional package for Premium, or the fact that tall the DLC's were all but finished prior to the game launch?
People who take these clips as fact need to tighten their tin foil hats, and/or stop playing Destiny if you hate it so much

They should've put more resources into the core game before dlc work. It is up to them to arrange their resources but from a player point of view they did it wrong. The game offers so little it is not hard for people to speculate dlcs are cut out of the core game. No one outside bungivision can ever prove it nor that they will. The best ppl could do is speculate. Quite possibly the vid maker paid for the game and first 2 dlcs so he is 100% entitled to keep playing while "speculating". Why he kept speculating after the first vid of his? Perhaps you should listen to what his football coach said:" You should be concerned when we stop yelling at you because that's when we give up on you."
