Please ensure you have fully downloaded the Destiny Expansion Pass. Players have discovered that they have redeemed but not downloaded their Expansion Pass.
We are aware that if you cannot redeem your sparrow after troubleshooting, that there is an issue where some players cannot obtain it. We are actively investigating this issue.

Hi, I have a problem with mine as well. On January 10'th at around 8:00 P.M. I bought the Destiny Expansion pass and never received my Sparrow, when I downloaded the pass, Destiny, as well as my Xbox failed to cooperate, and Destiny worked fine right before I bought the pass, but not after, which led me to buy a new console to access the content, and after that, on the 18'th of January, despite not being able to get on, I should still have gotten it for the pass, as well as a new Xbox 360 console, $140. Is there a way I can still receive the promised Sparrow I was supposed to receive?

I payed 20 dollars so I could juat play one frickn map..... the dumbest crap ever and I bought it after jan 15 so I dont even get the tumblr. Cod gives out four maps, a gun, a zombies map and other stuff for FIFTEEN DOLLARS. Give the sparrow to everyone at least please...

I am one of those people. I pre-ordered the expansion pass months ago for the XB1 and have yet to receive the Tumbler. I sure would appreciate some action. I tried everything from the help article but nothing resolved my issue.

We are actively investigating this issue.[/quote] I have bought my expansion pass wanting to receive my sparrow before the due date and couldn't download it before Cuz of Xbox servers where down for downloading content. Please send me one in the post master.

I have tried everything on this page with no success. I and many others I continuously see on forums, have never received our sparrows. A quick fix for the people currently missing the sparrow is to just resend the sparrow in the mail. To a player it sounds really easy, Im not sure how easy it is from bungie's end, considering the holiday present. But I can prove that I own the expansion pass and the dlc and have purchased it before Jan 15th so you know Im not just trying to get a free gift. Thank you for taking your time to respond to this issue, although this is the first response I have seen on the missing sparrow issue since I have been looking. (which is about a week or so now).
