there is a point at which one's words change from simple free speech, and expression of opinion, to verbal abuse. i am a strong proponent of the constitutional rights of EVERY American citizen....however, one's first amendment right to free speech DOES NOT immediately apply to internet forums....especially ones with clearly established rules of engagement. if the terms and conditions one agreed to upon joining up, call for manners and decorum to be observed, and certain tenants of civility to be adhered to, then violation of those terms should make one subject to disciplinary action, up to, and including, permanent removal of one's posting privileges. there is a clear difference between simply disagreeing with someone, and being rude, offensive, and verbally abusive.
