I want a different way of getting armor to reach 32. I want to get cool looking armor from timed events that will help me reach 32. I understand the raids give you this option, but when you try the raids only to get radiant shards and energy most of the time, then it begins to wear on you.
I want Queen's wrath to help me get there through ranking up and being able to buy the armor. I want IB to be able to offer a full set as well to the new 32.

Your opinion, shared by many, speaks volumes about the way loot drops work in this game. Many people would much rather work towards a specific reward that they know they can 100% get if they complete a certain amount of tasks. No randomness - work=reward.

I don't mind the guns as a RNG. They can keep that how it is, but in order for people to participate in the harder levels, like the Hard mode of the Crota Raid, you need to already have most pieces in place since the thing is going to jump to level 33 and there's a lot of people stuck at 31. That's 2 levels below. I've been doing the Crota raid and still need a chest piece or a helmet to get there.
