No. I've had almost every legendary and exotic gun in the game. Pre dlc the only legendaries I was missing was the supremacy and venation. I sharded most of them due to space. As for legendary scout rifles I have the new monarchy one, dead orbit one, another nitc, and badger. My badger scout rifle has firefly and outlaw. I would still choose mida multitool over it every time. Saying this, I only use mida multitool when I'm speed running missions or in the first part of the raid. I mainly use Fatebringer. Hand cannons are just better than scout rifles in general.
