It's painful but I am pretty used to it. I played City of Heroes, World of warcraft, SWTOR and Aion. All gear or upgrade progression games that require farming. I remember in vanilla WOW Onyxia and Ragnaros would not drop Hunter gear for our guild. We had so many Warlock and Druid drops that they were able to get multiples. We would spend hours in there for the pieces we really needed and as luck would have it, not get the drops. It was fun though and we kept doing it. It's worth the time invested if you enjoy the game.
