Not true at all. You need 1 across to spawn mobs. You need entire team but 1 across to allow ogres to spawn.
Team of 2? 1 needs to cross for Ogres to spawn.
Team of 3? 2 need to cross.
Team of 4? 3 need to cross.
Etc.
