I like my Red Hand more. It not only has Return to Sender, but Luck in the Chamber - One random bullet in the magazine causes considerable bonus damage. Also has Explosive rounds (which I never really understood, because it doesn't work very well but maybe it's only better with enemies like Thrall?) and Flared Magwell, putting it to 80% reload speed.

yeah i got a red hand with send it (making it more than half a full bar of range), crowd control (amazing bonus damage after a kill), and hip fire accuracy (useless, but oh well).
not too shabby. it's a damn fine hand cannon though. great stats. it's pretty much the fatebringer with a little more stability, no arc damage, at 331 attack.
i level up NM every couple of days just to see if i can keep rolling their weps (which are all incredible).
fingers crossed for a field scout vanquisher.
Never really cared for range on Handcannons. Never saw it make a difference with the exception of the Thorn, and it's marginal anyway.
I also think I'm gonna have to get me a Vanquisher. I've been seeing it a ton.
Yes, Field Scout would be great, especially if you could could get Spray and Play on it, too.

Range is damage though. It's not a stat that makes a gun feel better, it straight up allows you to maintain full damage on your target from a grater distance.
