impacts effects damage per shot, and since damage is for arguments sake, rounded to 300 for every weapon, i'd be looking for a gun with the most ammo, to maximize how many kills i can get, HMG's with low ammo capacity only got me 3-4 kills before running out of ammo, corrective measure with its huge ammo mag can get me 10+ sure, maybe its not all the matters, but its the first thing i check.
